In 2016, Joseph Franks became the President of the United States of America. He instituted the F.O.R.C.E. Act as part of an effort to end corruption within police departments; however, it created a militarized police force instead and prompted citizens to riot as their rights were repeatedly violated. Enter Senator Nicholas J Ferris (Brian Briggs), who wants to end the F.O.R.C.E. Act and restore relations between the community and the government. Human trafficking has overtaken his beloved city of “Cleaveland”, so he opens a safe house called LITTLE GIRL LOST. Police chief Lena Turner (Robyn Cohen) doesn’t trust him and will do everything she can to uncover the truth about the senator, while field agent Teresa de los Angeles a.k.a. Angie (Soraya Padrao) fights against the darkness within the city and within herself. Nothing is what it seems.
